Jouw functie Je staat onder begeleiding van de Shift Supervisor. Je werkt in een volcontinu systeem. Samen met je collega-operatoren sta je in voor een optimaal en veilig verloop van het productieproces of de verpakkingsinstallaties. Je gaat mee kijken hoe bepaalde storingen worden opgelost en stelt eventueel zelf oplossingen voor. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Je loopt mee met een procesoperator: Je wisselt af tussen taken in de controlekamer en buitenwerk (controlerondes, staalnames, …). Je kijkt hoe de start/stopt van de productielijnen verloopt en leert de werking van alle randapparatuur kennen (N2 compressor, stoomketel, demi-water,...). Je bekijkt samen met de Shift Supervisor het productieproces en volgt zo mee de bediening van de productielijnen. Met oog voor detail verzeker je een aantal administratieve taken. Je werkt actief mee aan het verhogen van het veiligheids- en milieu niveau. Je merkt tijdens de controleronde de nood aan preventief technisch onderhoud en meldt dit aan de Shift Supervisor of een collega, en realiseert zo mede een efficiënt procesverloop. Je bent in staat problemen zo optimaal mogelijk intern te communiceren en indien nodig zelf kleine verbeteringen voor te stellen. Stimuleren en uitdragen van het veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn. Streven naar Continuous Improvement. Profiel Je volgt een (hogere) technische opleiding. Je kan werken volgens vastgelegde voorschriften en procedures. Je bent bereid te werken in een volcontinu systeem (cyclus loopt over 4 weken).
