This role involves assisting with study coordination, data management, and participant interaction under direct supervision. Key Responsibilities Supports the implementation of approved research protocols Ensures studies are conducted in compliance with the approved protocol, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements, SHC policies and standards Responsible for tracking all aspects of projects including all study, investigator and IRB information, patient recruitment activity and financial management Coordinates the collection, statistical analysis and dissemination of data results throughout a clinical study Safeguards all participants involve din a research study support and approved by the organization Facilitates the local site's research programs and projects through collaborative, timely communication and teamwork Required Qualifications 3 or more years Clinical research experience, e.g. experience with site management, study management, IRBs, and federal regulations regarding clinical research compliance is required Preferred Qualifcations Bachelors degree in clinical research, science or other healthcare related field preferred Master’s degree in clinical research, science or other healthcare related field preferred Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
