Help grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day. Key Responsibilities Process and post incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit card transactions) in a timely and accurate manner. Generate and issue customer invoices, account statements, and billing notices. Maintain customer account records and ensure all financial data is up to date. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies. Work with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to ensure smooth billing and collection processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify delinquent accounts Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on past-due invoices Record and track collection activities in the accounting system Cross-train in team roles to support daily operations as needed Complete other related duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks Customer service mindset with ability to handle difficult conversations professionally General ability to easily achieve competency in the use of business apps.
