We are not looking for a safety officer, an EHS manager, or a workplace-safety generalist. We are looking for a machinery safety specialist — someone who works in functional safety and machine safeguarding, who can talk fluently about ANSI B11, ISO 13849-1 Performance Levels, IEC 62061 SILs and ISO 12100 risk assessment, and who gets a genuine kick out of helping other engineers understand it.
