In this role, you report to the Team leader Spare Parts. Key Responsibilities Organize and coordinate the spare parts order process from quotation to dispatch Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and sales orders Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about order and shipment status Coordinate invoicing activities of the sales orders Act as the link between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal departments Ensure all customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to the Team leader Spare Parts Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and customer service Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with FRAMO standards and company procedures undefined About you You are a customer-focused and well-organized professional with strong administrative and coordination skills.
