Hydraulic System Engineer - Filtration Lead the development and optimization of hydraulic systems for filtration equipment, including Filter Presses, Vertical Filters, HBF, Drum Filters, and Disc Filters, ensuring quality, cost, and performance targets are met. Develop hydraulic schematics, power unit and manifold layouts, and complete system designs, including product customization. Select hydraulic components based on load, flow, and pressure requirements; perform system sizing and calculations, and prepare bills of materials (BOMs). Conduct testing and validation at supplier and customer sites, and provide technical support for troubleshooting hydraulic issues. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of hydraulic systems. Support global and regional engineering requirements while ensuring compliance with FLS guidelines and standards. Actively contribute to team objectives and travel to customer and supplier sites for technical discussions, inspections, and troubleshooting as required. What you bring 10–12 years of overall professional experience. Knowledge and skills with IT tools like Solidworks and Autocad is expected. Experience in Analysis software will be an added advantage.
