Role Summary As a Proposal Specialist based in Santa Luzia, you will play a critical role within the Service Center Manager of Brazil. You will support the commercial success of our operations by creating accurate, detailed, and customer-focused technical and commercial proposals. Your work will directly impact how we secure orders and meet client expectations. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams, while also acting as a central point of coordination for customer requests. Your communication skills, technical insight, and commitment to excellence will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities Proposal & Commercial Support Receive, review, and register Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in the ERP system. Analyse scopes, identify technical and commercial risks, and propose solutions. Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals for all jobs developed at the Services Centers AMAZON. Ensure proposals comply with internal guidelines, pricing policies, and client requirements. Manage proposal documents, technical templates, and ensure version control. Keep client communications documented and follow up on all proposal submissions. Client Engagement & Order Handling Maintain strong business relationships with customers across your portfolio. Enter and track sales orders, maintaining accurate and updated information. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and communication. Conduct customer visits or virtual meetings for technical clarification and support. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with sales engineers, project managers, product lines, and supply chain teams. Participate in cross-functional meetings and technical evaluations. Propose process improvements for more agile and accurate proposal handling. Support internal trainings and share best practices within the team. Qualifications & Experience Higher education in Engineering, Technical Sales, or Commercial disciplines. 3+ years of experience in customer service, commercial proposals, or technical sales support. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems. Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations and commercial practices. Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Authorized to work in Brazil.
