We are looking for a motivated person to join the all star Delivery Team as a Fusion Platform Roadmap Delivery Manager. What You'll Do Owning and running the delivery roadmap for specific region including provider connection requests, new provider launches, new product or product changes implementations. Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report and supervise delivery progress of overall roadmap for assigned region. Presenting regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole the delivery life-cycle Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects, as well as assist in any capacity to streamline delivery of projects Leading kick off and status meeting to communicate project objectives, results, and expectations to the development and operation teams. Working with relevant team members to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by encouraging internal and external teams within the designated area Seeing opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality; Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles Who You Are High proficiency in English, excellent oral and written communication in English is a must 5+ years of software project management experience. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with Monday or Smartsheet is advantage. Experience with organisational change policies implementation is a benefit Proactive, detail-attentive individual; self-motivated, results oriented, teammate. Outstanding social skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker. Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team leaders, developers.
