What You'll Do Track the status and soundness of the gaming systems, guaranteeing seamless functionality. Complete manual activities in the gaming systems application according to system directives. Prepare and report daily activities and incidents promptly and accurately. Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, efficiency, and important metrics. Prior experience working as a control room operator or in a similar position. Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Positive attitude with the ability to sustain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor. Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful decisions and exercise discretion in the absence of management. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent grammatical, typing, and data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy. Dedication to maintaining company standards and values.
