About the Role 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule: Two weeks on days (7:00 AM -7:00 PM) followed by two weeks on nights (7:00 PM-7:00 AM). This rotation provides built-in flexibility with every other weekend off and additional personal time throughout the schedule. Lead small change-overs Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation. Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary. Who You Are High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area Proven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment. Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency. Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
