About the Role As an experienced Electrical Technician, you’ll be a vital part of our operations team, helping us meet production, safety, and quality goals. This is a day-based role (Monday to Friday), giving you the chance to work on a wide range of electrical systems and improvement projects. You’ll report to the Maintenance Leader and be responsible enhancing our plants' performance. What You Will Do Provide hands-on support and coaching to resolve electrical issues Participate in daily operational meetings to align on machine performance Conduct GAP analysis to identify and implement improvements Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Lead and contribute to medium and long-term efficiency projects Who are you?
