Location - Corby Job Description: Major Job Functions: Reviews contract/agreement information to ensure accurate service schedule is set up in contract management tool (25%) Contact customers to arrange servicing, open work orders and schedule service event through PM engineer team (25%) Manage work order to ensure timely invoicing, including managing costs in C20 account (25%) Takes ownership of any backlog from events using case management and workforce enablement platform (10%).
