About the Role As a Retail Manager in Fine Watches, you'll take ownership of your area and lead it with clarity, confidence and purpose. You'll be a visible presence on the shop floor, guiding your team to deliver the levels of service and expertise our customers expect. Your leadership will directly influence sales performance, customer experience and team engagement within one of Harrods' most prestigious retail environments.
