About You You will be an experienced bakery professional who combines strong technical ability with confident and supportive leadership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, you will know how to maintain exceptional standards while keeping the team focused, organised, and motivated. You will lead from the front, demonstrating attention to detail, sound judgement, and a calm approach when priorities change. You will take pride in developing others, building an inclusive team culture, and finding practical ways to improve performance without compromising quality. You will bring: Strong culinary expertise, with experience producing high-quality products at volume. Previous experience supervising, leading, or developing a kitchen team. A thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, allergen management, and kitchen compliance. Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to quality control. A proactive mindset, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and delivering excellent results.
