Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, such as a machine operator, FLT driver, or similar role, is desirable. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively as part of a shift team to achieve production, quality, safety, and performance targets. Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently in line with standard operating procedures and production schedules. Take ownership of assigned equipment and processes, monitoring performance and helping to drive continuous improvement. Carry out routine quality checks to ensure products consistently meet Mars' high standards. Identify and resolve basic equipment and process issues, escalating concerns promptly to minimise operational disruption.
