About the role: This role will be working for Mars Incorporated within our Royal Canin segment, where we advance pet health through tailored nutrition and scientific expertise. If you're passionate about animal health, love building relationships, and thrive on achieving sales goals, this could be your perfect next step.     What you’ll do: Drive growth within the Mornington/Peninsula - Bayside areas by identifying opportunities and executing strategies that expand distribution of Royal Canin veterinary diets.   Develop strong relationships with veterinary clinics and key decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and nutrition advocate.   Support clinics in recommending Royal Canin as their primary therapeutic diet—through education, insight, and excellent service.   Collaborate with your team and cross-functional partners to share insights, drive regional growth, and deliver exceptional customer value.   Attend industry trade shows, company meetings, and events, representing Royal Canin with professionalism and passion.   Manage activity reports, expenses, and ad-hoc requests as part of your territory planning and performance tracking Your experience and passion: A Bachelors degree, Cert 4 or Diploma or above; combined with experience in a B2B product-based sales experience, or practice experience with a strong interest in sales.   Experience with veterinary or pet health, or a science-based field like pharma is highly desirable.   A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.   Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.   Strong presentation skills.
