Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with operators, technical teams, and contractors. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? Storeroom Management & Ownership: Direct and manage the site’s technical storeroom, ensuring optimized spare parts inventory, accurate stock levels, and seamless materials availability for maintenance activities. Breakdown Resolution: Ensure the rapid and effective completion of all equipment breakdown repairs, proactively escalating unresolved technical deviations. Drive Reliability: Continuously improve equipment reliability, quality, and overall performance through the structured deployment of Progressive Maintenance programs. Culture & Coaching: Coach peers and operations team members to elevate their technical capabilities, actively championing a proactive Reliability Culture.
