Deine Aufgaben: Steuerung und Optimierung der Finance-Prozesse, um eine verlässliche Umsatzprognose (Sales Forecast) zu erstellen Definition relevanter Aktivitäten und Maßnahmen für das Kostenmanagement entlang der Entwicklung der Umsatzprognose, um eine rollierende Finanzprognose (Financial Forecast) sicherzustellen Transparenz über die Einhaltung und Erfüllung des Budgets (aus Umsatz- und Kostensicht) Erfüllung der Anforderungen an das Finanzreporting für die Division Forest and Garden sowie für Husqvarna Germany insgesamt Dein Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) oder Business Controlling Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Finanzplanung und Management Reporting Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftskennzahlen sowie der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Kostenmanagement sowie in der Ergebnis- und Profitabilitätsanalyse Starkes Geschäftsverständnis und unternehmerisches Denken Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und BI-/Reporting-Tools (z. B.
