Based on an HR Best Practices Survey, the Top Employers Institute puts organizations around the world under close scrutiny in the areas of Business & People Strategy, Leadership and Employee Wellbeing, among others Position Overview Reporting directly to the EHS Coordinator, our future Junior EHS Technician will have as missions to : Ensure application of EHS requirements in the site Follow-up of safety instructions application Ensure safety culture awareness Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and audits Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions. Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations. Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Support safety awareness campaigns and employee training sessions.
