**Candidates must live in the NW Saskatchewan Territory**
- Deliver territory sales, profit, and market share targets through effective planning and prioritization
- Build trusted relationships with retailers, channel partners, growers and other key customers
- Create customer demand by understanding needs, positioning Syngenta solutions and communicating value
- Use customer, sales and market insights to guide account planning, forecasting and follow-up activity
- Support marketplace activities such as product launches, trade events, field tours and local campaigns
- Manage territory resources, expenses and marketing funds in line with Syngenta guidelines
- Knowledge of the assigned agricultural market, customer needs, and competitive environment
- Understanding of crop protection products, portfolio value propositions, and commercial planning processes
- Basic business and financial acumen, including margin, ROI, forecasting, and budget management
- Experience in agricultural sales, customer relationship management, or a related commercial role
- Experience developing and executing territory or account plans
- Experience using data, CRM tools, or customer insights to support sales decisions
- Customer-first mindset with strong discovery, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute independently within expectations
- Value-selling capability, including adapting recommendations to customer needs and business outcomes
- Data and digital proficiency to support territory planning, targeting and follow-up
- Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
