The Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant role combines agile responsiveness with accurate execution, providing proactive support and demonstrating a keen ability to prioritize tasks for optimal results. The role balances day-to-day recruitment operations with a strategic mindset, ensuring swift, precise, and effective talent acquisition solutions that drive organizational success.
Accountabilities:
- Handling Talent Acquisition related administrative tasks
- Managing job postings across various platforms
- Coordinating interview schedules and logistics
- Assist with candidate communications
- Managing pre-onboarding and onboarding related administrative tasks
- Maintaining recruitment databases updated
- Providing timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
- Assessing urgency and impact of various hiring needs to prioritize efforts
- Candidate Experience Management
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants
- BSc/MSc Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is an advantage
- Experience in Customer Service / Talent Acquisition / Administrative field
- Experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Fluent in English and at least intermediate Ukrainian language knowledge
- Skilled in handling diverse tasks and workflows in parallel
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
