Identify, qualify, and manage market and customer leads, converting them into tangible business opportunities to maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline. Actively engage in the market through customer visits, meetings, and regular interactions to build relationships, understand customer needs, and articulate the value of the company’s products and services. Develop tailored value based proposals that clearly address customer requirements, highlight key differentiators and unique selling points, and ensure timely follow up to advance opportunities. Review & negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers, ensuring alignment with company policies, risk requirements, and profitability objectives while maintaining positive customer relationships. Obtain final approval from the Sales Manager. Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations clearly showcasing features, functionality, and value while adapting messaging to customer needs and technical understanding. Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools for accurate forecasting and decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar). 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and business development skills. Knowledge in separation technologies will be an added advantage.
