Connect early talent strategy to future skill gaps and build-vs.-buy workforce decisions. • Measure and improve - Use data on reach, quality, diversity, conversion, cost, experience, performance and retention to improve outcomes and demonstrate programme value. Qualification Requirements : A proven record of building an early talent or campus hiring capability from its early stages - notonly operating an established annual programme.
