Dans le cadre de sa mission, le conducteur respecte les exigences suivantes : Règles HSE et Qualité Produit en vigueur, Pilotage des équipements de l’atelier Big Bag dans le respect des standards de fonctionnement et de productivité (taux d’utilisation des machines - débits par produits – énergies spécifiques), Application des consignes inhérentes à la tenue du poste (vérification pré-usage - nettoyage des équipements - maintien de l’ordre, rangement, propreté - réalisation des contrôles qualité, etc…), Interaction avec les autres ateliers de production, dans une relation de clients/fournisseurs, communication proactive, Communication avec le management usine ( information des évènements via les outils du site tels que ‘Incidents de production’, ‘Panne de plus de 2H’, etc…). Le conducteur Big Bag doit maîtriser les aspects techniques et le fonctionnement des équipements de son périmètre de responsabilité. Vous êtes rattaché hiérarchiquement au chef d’équipe conditionnement. Profil recherché : Formation initiale bac technique ou équivalent, ou expérience similaire de 3 à 5 ans dans un atelier de production. Autres compétences : Maîtrise des outils informatiques, tels que : LOGIPLANT, Supervision Process, Google Suite. Habilitation électrique – CACES R 489 Cat 3 chariot élévateur. Qualités : Esprit d’analyse et d’initiative, autonomie et polyvalence. Professionnalisme et rigueur. Conditions de travail : Travail posté en 3x8.
