- Be able to follow through Radisson Hotel Group and SPA services and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Uphold standards of hygiene and sanitation as per health and safety regulations.
- Work to specific treatment allocations within the required time frame of the treatment.
- Adhere to all treatment protocols at all-time avoiding error in treatment.
- Assist in all areas of the Spa operations as requested by management.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of all Spa Services offered, including special offers and promotions.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
- Handle guest’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Possess the ability to work without supervision.
- Minimize or eliminate losses through negligence by adhering to monitoring programs.
- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guest in the Spa that require attention.
- Booking appointments and responding to all enquiries done either in person, over the phone or via email
- Handling of payments for treatments and daily cash-up procedures and other basic administrative duties
- Possess excellent communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
- Project enthusiasm and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Be a positive and self-motivated team player.
- Able to manage workload in order of priorities.
- Ensuring all operational procedures are met, and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are adhered too.
- Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course).
- Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment. (Previous experience at a Resort environment or Cruise Ship is advantageous)
- Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
