Job Description Conduct in-line and final product inspections, identifying quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions Evaluate samples against product specifications to ensure compliance with customer quality standards Provide technical guidance and support to merchandisers, factories, and customers to maintain product quality Deliver proactive QA advisory to factories before and throughout the manufacturing process Analyze and troubleshoot quality issues from bulk production through to finished garments Ensure all finished garments meet defined specifications and quality benchmarks Perform fabric pre-production quality assessments in line with the quality manual Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams involved in product development and production Communicate quality concerns identified during testing and evaluation to key stakeholders in a timely manner Establish and clearly communicate tolerance levels to relevant stakeholders Assess garment construction in alignment with approved samples and specifications Define, implement, and continuously improve Quality Assurance methodologies within production processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred Strong knowledge and experience in denim products is required Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within the manufacturing industry Solid understanding of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and AQL (2.5/4.0) standards Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient in both written and spoken English Competent in Microsoft Office applications Willingness and ability to travel frequently If this sounds like you, Apply Now!
