Solution Designer Your primary responsibility as Solution Designer is to analyze business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications aligned with the target architecture. This includes defining system interactions, data exchanges, and integration approach definition, in accordance with ING architectural principles. Beyond technical expertise, you are expected to maintain a strong business focus and make strategic decisions whenever new challenges arise, consistently balancing: Delivery timelines Implementation effort Avoidance of additional technical debt Solution simplicity, following the principle that the simplest effective solution is usually the best one You are expected to adopt a proactive problem-solving mindset, identifying target solutions to issues as early as possible and continuously seeking opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
