SUMMARY Kids Club provides a supervised space designed to engage children in fun, educational and age-appropriate activities. Kids Club provides a safe environment where kids can socialize, learn and play while exploring creative projects, games, or team building exercises. Kids Club includes, dinner, arts and crafts, games and if the weather permits outside adventures. Essential Functions: Supervision: Ensure the safety of children and maintain a secure environment Organization: Plan activities, such as arts and crafts, games, reading, and singing Maintenance: Keep equipment and facilities clean and well-maintained Sign-in and sign-out: Manage the sign-in and sign-out sheets Childcare: Provide childcare, including paging parents if needed Recognizes and resolves individual or group issues or problems. Set and take down of supplies and space. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. Performs special projects delegated by management. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
