- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic goals

- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
- Decompose high-level business needs into detailed and actionable requirements
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and estimation preparation activities
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders

- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, decomposition, and backlog structuring
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- SQL skills for data extraction and validation
- Experience working with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools for documentation, analysis, process optimization, or data interpretation
- Strong AI prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into everyday work processes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
