In this role, you will Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties. Process accounts payable and receivable related to property operations. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and supporting month-end close activities. Review invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to posting. Partner with Property Managers, tenants, and vendors to address accounting inquiries and resolve financial issues. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies. Communicate with property managers, tenants, and vendors regarding financial matters. What you'll bring Minimum of 1 years of progressive property accounting experience within the commercial real estate industry. Proficiency with Yardi, AvidXchange, or similar property management and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations.
