Obowiązki: Zarządzanie pracą Zespołu ds. Kalkulacji, w tym nadzór nad realizacją zadań, monitorowanie jakości oraz terminowości wykonywanych działań Współpraca z zespołami sprzedaży, obsługi klienta, dostawcami oraz partnerami biznesowymi w celu przygotowania i realizacji ofert handlowych Koordynacja procesu przygotowywania kalkulacji, ofert, wycen oraz dokumentacji handlowej zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami i wytycznymi Ayvens Zapewnienie poprawności i spójności danych wykorzystywanych w kalkulacjach oraz raportach biznesowych Analiza wyników, przygotowywanie raportów zarządczych oraz rekomendowanie działań wspierających realizację celów biznesowych Identyfikowanie możliwości optymalizacji procesów oraz wdrażanie usprawnień zwiększających efektywność operacyjną zespół Wsparcie merytoryczne i rozwój kompetencji pracowników Zespołu ds. Kalkulacji. Zapewnienie zgodności realizowanych działań z procedurami, politykami wewnętrznymi oraz wymogami regulacyjnymi obowiązującymi w Ayvens Odpowiedzialność za prawidłową realizację powierzonych zadań, minimalizację ryzyk operacyjnych oraz zgłaszanie strat operacyjnych zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami Realizacja innych zadań powierzonych przez przełożonego Oczekiwania: Doświadczenie we współpracy z wieloma interesariuszami w środowisku korporacyjnym Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu, analizowaniu oraz prezentowaniu ofert handlowych i kalkulacji finansowych Znajomość produktów finansowych, w szczególności leasingu operacyjnego, leasingu finansowego oraz usług związanych z zarządzaniem flotą pojazdów Umiejętność analizy danych oraz oceny atrakcyjności i konkurencyjności ofert Umiejętność organizowania pracy oraz koordynowania działań zespołowych Umiejętność budowania atmosfery współpracy, zaufania i odpowiedzialności Umiejętność wspierania rozwoju kompetencji innych osób oraz budowania zaangażowania Dołącz do nas i pomóż stworzyć świat, w którym każdy krok przybliża nas do lepszego jutra.
