Scopo della posizione: Supportare le reti di vendita interne ed esterne dell'area Broker e agenti nell’assicurare il corretto svolgimento del flusso delle pratiche di noleggio riferite ai nuovi ordini, modifiche, proroghe e rinnovi. Principali attività: Utilizzare il CRM per la gestione dei case operativi derivanti da segnalazione diretta dei Partner della Rete Broker e Agenti; Partecipare al corretto svolgimento del flusso dei nuovi ordini, supportando i Sales interni e i Partner dalla creazione dell’anagrafica cliente fino alla definizione dell'Ordine; Supportare nella gestione tempestiva delle richieste di supporto dei Sales interni e dei Partner fornendo tutte le necessarie informazioni riguardanti lo status delle pratiche, i flussi, le procedure aziendali; Acquisire una conoscenza approfondita delle procedure aziendali, degli applicativi utilizzati e dei processi, per garantire la gestione di un servizio di qualità nei confronti dei Partner; Supportare le reti di broker e agenti sulla gestione e sull’operatività in quoter (lancio pratiche di credito, modifiche contrattuali,..); Competenze/Conoscenze soft e tecnico specialistiche: Laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1) Ottime doti relazionali e capacità comunicative Why Ayvens?
