Ayvens México, está en búsqueda de un Account Payable Analyst, quien será responsable de la Gestion y recuperación de facturas por servicios de mantenimientos y el registro contable por medio de la conversión de facturas en PMI's, asegurando el pago correcto y oportuno a proveedores para asegurar que sigan brindando servicios de calidad y no poner en riesgo la operación afectando al cliente. Main Responsibilities Actualización diaria del validador a través de la generación de los reportes necesarios para que los proveedores puedan ingresar sus facturas al portal durante el día Revisión de solicitudes de pago de áreas internas Proceso de facturas ingresadas a portal de los sistemas internos. realizando conciliaciones en Excel para la validación y programación de pago de las mismas. Proceso y conciliación de órdenes de servicio para pago de factura consolidada de NISSAN. • Realizar la conciliación interna en sistemas y gestionar las correcciones necesarias con el área de mantenimientos. Atención y apoyo telefónico a proveedores para que puedan ingresar al Validador su factura de autorizaciones proporcionadas por el administrador y se corra el proceso para programación de pago. Back office del personal del área. Cumplir las políticas y procedimientos del área y en su caso proponer mejoras de acuerdo con los cambios que sufre la operación en los sistemas ALDAVAR y ALD SAT Revisión de complementos de pago para validar cuales cumplieron su obligación al 100% Realizar seguimiento de solicitud de cancelación de facturas enviadas por proveedores. Knowledge Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business o afín- Conocimientos de Cuentas por Pagar, contabilidad, fiscales- Manejo de Excel, Power BI Atención y trato de calidad a clientes externos e internos. Key Competences Integridad y confidencialidad. Resolución de problemas bajo presión. Comunicación asertiva (oral y escrita). Trabajo en equipo y orientación al servicio al cliente.
