Job summary This position is responsible for day-to-day distribution services, based in Kingkaew Road, Samutprakarn. Distribution services include warehouse operations, transportation and ensure on time delivery, delivery scheduling, customer complaint handling, inventory management, coordinating with key stakeholders such as Warehouse team, 3PLs for both external warehouses and transporters, and improve relevant logistics processes. Duties and Responsibilities : Coordinate with Commercial and Customer Service team for order processing Issue all delivery documents for delivery drivers and 3PLs. Handle transportation issues and customer complaints. Perform cycle count & physical inventory Handle nonconformity products Participate and drive all improvement initiatives within Logistics Other tasks assigned by supervisors Job Requirement / Specification : Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Engineering, or other related fields 10+ year experiences in Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation Having pro-active and CAN-DO attitude Able to use SAP and Microsoft Office software proficiently Understand overview of logistics operations processes i.e. inbound and outbound logistics Able to communicate in English at intermediate level Direct experience using Transport Management System (TMS) or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is advantage Experience in participating Continuous Improvement tools / programs is a plus Brenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
