Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state. What you will be doing: Leadership & Management • Oversee KPI reporting processes • Lead teams of automation engineers across multiple sites. • Develop and enforce automation standardization across different sites. • Manage capital investment projects (CapEx) and overhead budgets • Mentor junior engineers and build self-sufficient teams. Strategic Vision • Identify manual processes suitable for automation projects and deliver scalable solutions. • Drive global rollout strategies for automation platforms. • Align automation initiatives with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
