- Schedule and manage Sportsbook content fragments and promotional assets daily across mobile, apps, and desktop.
- Create and publish topical same game parlays, parlays, boosts, and bonuses.
- Ensure the daily presentation of the Sportsbook is best in class.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of Sportsbook content, bonuses, and features.
- Maintain both daily tactical and long-range strategic sportsbook calendars.
- Monitor and provide feedback on key competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
- Coordinate with wider teams to ensure smooth sportsbook operations across platforms and assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform, identifying opportunities for improvement, and advocate for new features or product changes that drive revenue and enhance player experience.
- Participate in the feature release and incident management process.
- Track and analyze sportsbook content interaction performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure all Sportsbook offerings meet top operating and appearance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Sportsbook operation.
