POP (Playtech Open Platform) TEAM
Playtech Open Platform provides a unified network and API for communication with the Playtech infrastructure, enabling client-side implementation by independent developers. It is an adapter between systems, and it can deliver a more accessible and seamless integration between gaming provider services and operator systems.
We invest in the long-term growth of our engineers. When you join the team, you’ll have an individual development plan connected to your experience and career goals. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, participate in technical discussions, and have opportunities to learn through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and professional training.
As part of our platform modernization, you’ll gain hands-on experience with distributed systems, software architecture, performance optimization, and modern Java development while working on real engineering challenges. We are also embracing AI-assisted software development. Our engineers use tools such as Cursor IDE to automate routine tasks, accelerate development, and explore solutions more efficiently.
Playtech is an equal opportunities employer. Our mission is to welcome everyone and create inclusive teams. We celebrate differences and encourage everyone to join us and be themselves at work.
