Responsibilities - Supporting tax teams in preparing and reviewing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions - Participating in corporate tax planning and consulting projects to optimize tax strategies - Assisting in the analysis of corporate transactions and post-deal integration processes - Engaging in tax compliance activities to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements - Collaborating with team members on tax modeling and finance integration initiatives - Conducting research on tax regulations and industry-specific tax challenges - Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax solutions and opportunities - Contributing to the preparation of purchase and sale agreements and related documentation - Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals to develop technical skills - Actively listening and accepting feedback to enhance personal and professional growth What You Must Have - Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate degree - Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam - Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles.
