Leverage Workday for candidate management, reporting, and process optimization to enhance recruitment operations. Lead direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, and other tools to build high-quality talent pipelines. Contribute to employer branding through job postings, careers content, and talent events that reflect Trend Micro's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Support offer negotiation and the onboarding handoff, coordinating with C&B and HR Operations to ensure a smooth, compliant transition from offer to Day 1. Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Role Highlights Opportunity to fully utilize your direct sourcing expertise to deliver hiring results that directly impact the business. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including hiring managers, HRBPs, C&B, and global leaders—expanding your strategic and operational perspective. Involvement in non-hiring initiatives such as employer branding, onboarding design, or new system implementation to broaden your capabilities. Requirements Must-Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or RPO). Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, etc. Proven experience managing the full hiring lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills. Native-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency (mainly reading/writing). Practical experience using AI-driven tools in recruiting (e.g., sourcing copilots, resume screening, interview scheduling automation) to improve efficiency. Hands-on employer branding experience, from planning through execution. Nice-to-Have Recruiting experience for client-facing, GTM-related roles (e.g., Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing) in the software or SaaS industry. Agency recruitment experience. Track record of closing hard-to-fill roles within deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer improvements in recruiting processes. Hands-on experience operating Workday ATS.
