As a Sourcing Intern for Supplier Execution Continuous Improvement initiatives, you will be responsible for: Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks Contributing to cross-functional continuous improvement events focused on streamlining Engineering and Procurement processes. Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained Driving suppliers performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery reliability and operational excellence. Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams in root cause investigations and corrective action management to achieve OTD targets. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or equivalent experience. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Possess strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset. Show a proactive attitude toward exploring innovative technologies, automation solutions, and digital tools to improve supply chain and procurement processes. Be highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English. Be able to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams. Possess a valid EU work permit. Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Lean principles and Kaizen methodologies Knowledge of Power BI or similar platforms. Familiarity with procurement, supplier performance management, or supply chain processes. Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation initiatives.
