Schedule: Monday,-Friday: 8:30AM–5:PM Saturday (every other): 8 AM–1 PM What You’ll Do Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration Answer phones, process messages, and assist with general office communication Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information Support referrals, forms, scanning, and front desk administrative tasks Assist patients and families with questions regarding office processes and appointments Adapt quickly to different office workflows and team environments Maintain professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced settings Travel between offices based on operational needs What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations High School Diploma or equivalent required If you’re ready to be the heart of our front office and help patients feel welcome and supported, we’d love to hear from you!
