EMR Savvy – Experience with systems like Centricity or Phreesia is a huge plus. Organized & Detail-Oriented – You know how to juggle tasks without letting the little things slip. Strong Communication Skills – Whether on the phone or in person, you provide excellent customer service and clear, compassionate communication. Reliable & Professional – Patients and team members can count on you to be consistent, respectful, and efficient. High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required.
