Role Overview As a Screening Executive, you'll play an important role in helping employers make safe and informed hiring decisions by ensuring pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with candidates, clients, and hiring managers, providing a professional and supportive experience throughout the screening process. Key Responsibilities Conduct a range of pre-employment checks, including identity, qualification, employment history, and credit checks Review documentation to ensure all screening requirements and quality standards are met Respond promptly to enquiries from hiring managers and candidates regarding the screening process Contact candidates via phone and email to obtain and verify information Obtain employment references and follow up with referees where required Investigate and resolve any discrepancies within candidate documentation or employment history Ensure all information is recorded accurately and completed within agreed timescales Work towards individual and team service and performance targets Why Join Reed?
