Pay Range: $115,900.00 - $190,450.00 Role Summary The Senior Salesforce Developer role combines technical leadership with hands-on development and strategic architectural design. You'll be the driving force behind our Salesforce platform, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions while guiding our team of developers and admins. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, including complex integrations with other enterprise systems Technical Leadership: Act as the go-to technical expert for the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll provide technical leadership across Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring our solutions are cohesive and effective. You'll also lead architectural and code reviews, as well as technical design sessions with both internal and external teams Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
