- Completed timely, accurate documentation and using using technology to keep care plans current, ensuring the whole team had instant access to the right information.

- Mentored new colleagues and students, sharing knowledge and building a strong, supportive care culture.
- Participated in quality improvement huddles—your ideas directly shaped how we deliver care.
- Ended your shift knowing you made someone’s day better—not just through expert clinical care, but through moments that truly matter.

To be hired into this role, you must have:
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months
- TB 2 Step updated within the last year
