What You'll Do
- Design and produce assets across print, digital and in-restaurant channels: signage, mailers, postcards, retail materials, email and social
- Support multiple brands, each with its own visual identity, guidelines and voice
- Build layouts, mechanicals, resizes and campaign versioning across formats and channels
- Bring ideas to the table: suggest layout improvements, elevate existing templates and help refine how the brands show up
- Produce email assets in Figma and adapt them for a templated email platform
- Prepare production-ready files with correct bleeds, color profiles, image resolution and preflight standards
- Partner closely with the creative director, copywriters, marketers and external vendors to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
- Maintain consistency across brand systems, templates and production standards
- Organize large volumes of creative assets across
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in production design and graphic design, ideally within an agency, in-house creative team or brand environment
- A portfolio that shows both production precision and strong design craft
- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus strong Figma skills
- Strong layout, typography and visual instincts, with the confidence to propose ideas, not just execute them
- Solid understanding of print production, digital asset preparation and file management
- Experience working across multiple brands or sub-brands is a strong plus
- Restaurant, hospitality, food, beverage or retail experience is a strong plus
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support creative and production workflows
- Clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset
