This role is accountable for research & analysis and investment recommendations within an asset class. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Key Responsibilities: Researches, analyses and monitors asset managers and strategies. Makes recommendations for the selection of investment decisions based on the research process. Produce high quality research and insights reports on investment solutions. Produce fund peer group analysis output with quality insights (e.g. quarterly screening, manager flags, report back preparation, fiduciary updates). Act as key points of access and communication between external fund managers and Symmetry. Assist in collecting and transforming relevant information relating to funds, fund managers, market trends, etc. Keep the OMMM team abreast of important market events related to funds and fund managers Effectively communicate manager research findings to broader team These responsibilities offer an overview and a general outline of the role and are not exhaustive. Qualification, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
