Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) Approvisionnement et Planning pour rejoindre les équipes des Opérations Pierre Fabre, au sein du périmètre de l’External Manufacturing. Cette division pilote l’ensemble des sous-traitants Medical Care et Dermo Cosmétique du groupe. Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe dynamique dont l’activité est en pleine croissance. Le Chargé Approvisionnement et Planning sera rattaché à la responsable Planning et Approvisionnement, l’External Manufacturing Vos principales missions seront de : Optimiser la planification des produits finis/semi-finis Définir des routines de planifications et le paramétrage qui en découlera Analyser les impacts stocks et couvertures associés Accompagner le déploiement du standard auprès d’une équipe de 12 personnes et définir la procédure associée Piloter des slow moover et obsolètes Définir le RACI Assurer le suivi et analyser comment anticiper les niveaux de stock et les situations de surstock/stocks low Définir un outil de pilotage des transferts capacitaires et leurs étapes Définir l’outil, sa mise à jour et la procédure associée Les plus du stage : Missions diversifiées Gratification attractive Possibilité de réaliser un jour de télétravail par semaine après un mois d'intégration Dotations produits Restaurant d'Entreprise ou Titres Restaurants Le stage se déroulera sur notre site de Campus à Castres (81) et débutera à partir du mois de janvier 2027 Merci d’indiquer vos dates de disponibilités dans votre CV. # Young People Who you are ? Nous recherchons un profil de niveau Master 2 / dernière année d’école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce, spécialisation : Supply Chain Management, Logistique, Planification industrielle, Gestion des opérations Bases solides en Supply Chain et planification Compréhension des notions de : - MRP / planification des besoins - gestion des stocks et couvertures - surstocks / ruptures Très bon niveau Excel, avec idéalement TCD, RECHERCHEX, formules avancées, voire Power Query Une connaissance de SAP, Power BI ou d'un APS type SAP IBP / Kinaxis / OMP serait un vrai plus Vous êtes structuré et analytique, capable de travailler sur des données de stocks et de planning Vous êtes autonome, pragmatique, avec une capacité à transformer une analyse en solution opérationnelle vous êtes bon communicant et à l’aise dans un environnement transversal, avec différentes parties prenantes, curieux et force de proposition.
