Dans un environnement pharmaceutique en forte croissance, caractérisé par un portefeuille diversifié de projets de développement (développement précoce, développement clinique, industrialisation, Life Cycle Management), l'efficacité des pratiques de gestion de projet constitue un levier essentiel pour accélérer la mise à disposition de médicaments innovants aux patients. Au sein de l'équipe Pharmaceutical Development, de nombreuses fonctions expertes interviennent de manière transverse (Formulation, Process Development, Analytical Development, CMC Project Management, CMC Reg, QA etc.), nécessitant une coordination efficace, une visibilité claire des priorités et une allocation optimale des ressources. Afin de soutenir la transformation de l'organisation et préparer sa montée en puissance à horizon 2032, l'équipe souhaite accueillir un stagiaire qui contribuera à l'amélioration des outils de management de projet et des modes de fonctionnement collaboratifs. Vous aurez pour missions de : Identifier les irritants, goulots d'étranglement et opportunités d'amélioration de la gestion de projet au sein de Pharmaceutical Development. Réaliser un benchmark des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projets dans l’industrie pharmaceutique. Concevoir et tester de nouveaux outils de pilotage (KPI, tableaux de bord, visual management, indicateurs de charge/capacité, gestion des risques, suivi des actions). Proposer et expérimenter de nouveaux modes de fonctionnement favorisant : la collaboration transverse ; la priorisation des activités ; la gestion des interfaces entre fonctions ; la prise de décision rapide. Evaluer l'intérêt de solutions digitales et d'outils d'intelligence artificielle pour soutenir le management de projet. Accompagner le déploiement pilote des solutions retenues et mesurer leur impact.
