- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, from proof of concept to production.
- Develop generative AI applications, AI agents, and RAG solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and systems using APIs, cloud services, and automation technologies.
- Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data using Python and SQL and ensure appropriate data quality.
- Evaluate AI models, tools, and technologies regarding business value, performance, scalability, security, and cost.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality, reliability, and performance of deployed AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act, information security requirements, and internal AI governance standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Practical experience in AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, or AI application development.
- Strong knowledge of Python and experience with SQL and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and/or AI agents.
- Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI.
- Understanding of modern software development practices, including Git, APIs, and application architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working.
- Very good English skills; German is a plus.
